We have an opportunity for a full/part-time Accounts & Office Administrator to join our friendly office team. This is a perfect dual role for a candidate who enjoys variation in their work with a real mix of accounts and general administration.
The individual must be:

Accounting duties including:
· Good working knowledge of account systems
· Logging receipts & invoices into Quickbooks
· Receiving and processing of invoices
· Bank reconciliations
· CIS Vouchers
· Credit card and petty cash reconciliations
· Preparation for quarterly VAT returns
· Ensure all HMRC accounts are up to date
Administration duties including:
- Building professional relationships with our clients, suppliers and contractors.
- ordering of materials for contractors to pick up or to be delivered to site.
- computer skills required knowledge of Outlook, 365 & Excel preferred
- managing the office, files, diary, emails, enquiries, contracts, suppliers, clients.
- handle clients enquiries and questions
- communicate between tradesmen, directors, designers, suppliers, manufacturers, and clients
- regular website and social media updates
- ensure and maintain professional image and company brand /ethos
- provide & log invoices, contracts and quotes for clients accurately
- Input data into Quickbooks
- assisting directors and accounts with necessary numbers on projects
- General admin duties; scanning, filing, logging, phone calls and respond to all emails

Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £11,000.00-£13,125.00 per year
