Corporate Investments Manager | Mining & Metals | Saudi Arabia
CSG Talent has partnered with a global mining and metals organisation with mining operations and processing facilities around the globe.
The company is looking for strong Business Developer with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments and joint ventures (JV) partnerships.
This position offers the chance to join an established global business, with track record across the Mining & Metals industry. You will be joining an entrepreneurial, collaborative team environment in a highly technical business, looking to leverage their track record across the Middle East, providing real growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for business development, evaluating potential projects, initiating deals through to execution and monitoring transactions within the company.
The role will be working with senior management teams across operations and engineering functions to identify and assess potential acquisitions, joint ventures and partnership opportunities across the globe. Assisting in setting the overall strategy, leading negotiating processes and closing deals.
Responsible for setting long-term goals, formulating growth strategies and creating plans to monitor the implementation of plans to achieve company goals. Maintaining a strong network of industry, government and investment community contacts to create and develop strategic partnership / lead government negotiations.
About You:
- Ideally, you will have a good technical understanding and ability work in closely with engineering teams to assess the feasibility and value of potential acquisitions.
- Qualified with Financial or Business degree and/or MBA with a technical background, qualifications or experience related to mining, oil and gas, petrochemical or geosciences industries.
- Excellent English + Arabic or other languages are very desired.
