LAB ASSISTANT (FOOD TECH) [Malaysia]


 

Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Food Science or equivalent 2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided 3. Willing to work independently with effective problem solving skills 4. Knowledge of HALAL, GMP, ISO 22000 standards will be an added advantage 5. Knowledge in basic laboratory skill Job Descriptions: - Responsible for assisting with product development and maintain proper documentation of R&D - Perform sensory evaluation, product testing and analysis as per requirement - Manage batch samples, conduct shelf life testing and documentation - Handle food additives and ingredients required for production - Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness of laboratory. Ensure good housekeeping/ good lab practices in laboratories - To perform any other tasks as assigned by superior Note: Company reserves the right to add ,amend or revoke any part/s of the JD as deemed appropriate
