We are The Match Artist, an innovative online dating photography company. Since 2018, we have been changing men's dating lives by creating stunning, intriguing photographs that get them more matches, leading to more dates and meaningful relationships. We have photographed nearly 1000 guys in more than 50 cities around the country and have helped many find solid relationships and have even had a number of engagements and marriages as a result.
We are currently looking for a Dating Coach to join our fast-growing team. This individual will be responsible for guiding our clients through their dating journeys both online and offline. Your role will be pivotal in helping our clients build their confidence and navigate their way to successful relationships.
This will be our first Dating Coach, and we're looking for someone to help build out our dating program with The Match Artist.
Many of the clients we work with will have plenty of matches after working with us on the photography portion, but struggle actually making connections out of it. The goal of your role is to help them navigate dating app messaging all the way to making a committed relationship out of those initial interactions online. In addition, clients will want help talking to women in public.
If we had to identify the common denominator among our guys, it would be “established.” They might have the job, the house, the car—but they're struggling with the dating side. Although it’s mostly established guys, the ages have ranged from 19-65+ and include people who are new to dating, divorced, getting back out there for the first time in a while, more on the shy side, etc.
We aren't positive on the exact specifics of what our dating program will look like, and we're hoping you might have ideas to fill in the gaps of how we can best help the guys we work with.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide texting support to clients, answering their questions and offering advice.
- Conduct weekly (potentially 2x/week) meetings with clients to discuss progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive curriculum with us for online and in-person dating.
- Potentially create a video course on effective dating strategies and techniques that we can offer to clients that we would film and produce for you.
- Collaborate with our photography team to ensure a holistic approach to our client's dating journey.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience as a Dating Coach or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of clients.
- Knowledge of various online dating platforms such as Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, etc.
- Ability to create engaging and educational content (i.e., video courses, guides, etc.) (We would do the filming, so just the knowledge and ability to appear on camera is great.)
- A deep understanding of the dating landscape and the ability to keep up with the latest trends and best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure client privacy at all times.
- Work with the founder to maximize the assistance to the guys we work with.
