Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist (Food Industry/ West)
Job Hours: 5 days, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Location: Jurong East

Job Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, and routing calls as necessary.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Providing good customer service and to understand customers needs and identifying of potential sales opportunities.
- Handling of potential customers' enquiries, complaints and gather feedbacks/comments on products/services and direct it to the relevant personnel in-charge.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services to customers
- Coordinate with the sales & warehouse team to ensure efficient customers’ satisfaction and timely delivery
Job Requirements:
- To possess a Diploma in Business Studies or Sales & Marketing
- Prior experience in a Sales position would be advantageous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong rapport building ability
