We are hiring for a Payroll Compliance PMO Supervisor. This role is located in Bogota, Colombia with ability to work flexible hours. The role will report directly to the HR Payroll Compliance Manager.
Primary responsibilities:
This role will be part of the Finance transformation supporting Galileo, a multi-year cross-functional global program, and will interact with multiple business partners in the area of Finance, HR and IT. This role will have major responsibility for providing compliance support throughout the various country deployments.
- Partner closely with Global Payroll Project Team from cross- functions and cross-regions in providing compliance support to enhance controls through standardized tools & reports as it relates utilizing a Business Process Outsourcing Model.
- Identify compliance risks in processes and controls and support remediation efforts by acting as liaison with the Payroll Operating Leadership, Global Process Owners, Global Compliance Team, HR and HRIT Shared Services, Global Audit and Assurance, and External Auditors.
- Provide compliance status updates to HR Payroll Compliance Senior Manager and Manager, and stakeholders on compliance key performance indicators
- Proactively drive and supervise completion of required compliance activities
- Perform due diligence reviews to ensure compliant country deployments
- Represent compliance and participate on global/regional/local project meetings
- Coordinate and support pre-implementation reviews
Additional responsibilities:
This role will also provide L2 compliance support to manage risks associated with the internal control environment in the HR and Payroll areas.
- Lead and partner with the extended Global HR Payroll Compliance Team in driving consistency and standardization of controls and processes as it relates to J&J’s end state model.
- Coordinate and support internal and external risk-based audits and SOX testing.
- Provide ongoing robust compliance training/updates to all levels of HR and Payroll personnel (including VP’s).
- Participate on other global/regional compliance projects and deliver assigned tasks, as needed.

- SOX controls experience
- Global project leadership experience
