Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the restaurant and guide them to their tables.
Present menus and provide recommendations based on customers' preferences and dietary requirements.
Take accurate orders from customers and ensure that they are properly entered into the system.
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
Ensure that customers' requests and complaints are handled promptly and satisfactorily.
Set up tables and chairs, arrange decorations, and clean up the restaurant before and after service.
Follow proper sanitation and hygiene procedures to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
Assist in stocking and maintaining inventory levels of restaurant supplies, such as cutlery, glassware, and napkins.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and other waiters to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow.
Provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience for customers.
