Responsibilities - your mission
You will support the Strategic Procurement Suite run mode activities within the Procurement organization responsible for all Divisions’ Digital systems.
Strategic Procurement Suite is a portfolio of digital applications which supports buyers’ tasks and processes. It deals with Sourcing, Contract management, Supplier evaluation.
Users may be from various procurement organizations in Airbus, Defence & Space, Helicopters or Affiliates. They will rely on business support to get the right solution to their queries and get the right feedback to their need of improvement.
Strategic Procurement Suite (SP Suite) business support:
- As a team member you manage business level 3 support requests either based on your own knowledge of the application or synchronising with the other team members (Airbus internal or external)
- You identify business improvement needs with end users and you cluster them into set of tool development proposals
- You activate the cross division user network in collaboration with the team
- You contribute to the team dashboard identifying volume of activity + efficiency
- You interface with IT teams to set development prioritiés (product roadmap)
- You manage develop test and move in production of solution
- You actively listen to users / customers needs and provide clear answers (positive or negative)
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
You have the following skills and experience:
- Project management basics (WBS, Planning, Management of milestones, LBIP)
- Google Workplace
- Contract Life Management tool experience is a plus
- English , French is a plus
- Knowledge / affinity for IT landscape
- Communication skills, Meeting management / lead
- Curious, innovative, understanding principles of agility and customer/service oriented
