Recruitment Company based in Durbanville in need of a Sales / Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Primary responsibilities including but not limited to:
Manage the full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Coldcalling
Servicing existing clients
Sourcing new clients
Sourcing suitable candidates and matching to clients’ specs
Interviewing
Reference checking
Communicating with candidates and clients
Minimum Requirements – Qualifications:
Matric
Minimum of 1 - 2 years recruitment experience or wanting to make a sales industry change to recruitment, training will be provided.
Desired experience and Requirements Skills:
Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent communication in English & Afrikaans - both written and verbal
Have the ability to work independently
Have experience with the full recruitment function
Be aware of industry trends
Have good networking skills
Have excellent people skills
Target Driven & Passionate
