Purpose of the Job:
To maintain accurate financial records and to ensure work compliance of Internal Policies & Procedures.
Ensure an acceptable standard of Quality Management System is maintained in accordance with recognized working practice and the company’s Quality Manual and Policy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepares and reconcile daily bank & cash position and issue Bank Position Report for Directors on daily basis.
- Maintain proper books of accounts as per Company policies and procedures.
- Prepare bank reconciliations for all banks on 10th of the following month.
- Maintained accurate records of account receivables and issue AR report as per specified format on weekly basis.
- Ensure smooth processing and execution of payment and receipt functions of the Company.
- Coordinate, facility and actively follow up the billing and recovery of rents, EWA and other charges invoices to the customers.
- Preparation of monthly accounts of Zayani Properties on 4th of each month.
- Facilitates the external auditors to prepare audited financial reports by 20th January for the preceding year.
- Prepares quarterly presentation for the Board Meeting and any information required by the BOD.
- Prepares the annual budget and its presentation for Board Meeting.
- Assist the Manager Tax in preparation of VAT return and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Payroll preparation for Zayani Properties.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- To perform all other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
Work Experience:
4-6 years of relevant experience.
