ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a well-known retail company in the fashion industry, leader in their sector, is looking for a capable Systems and Security Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure.
Systems and Security Engineer (6526/SSE/ESS/GR)
Responsibilities:
- Designing, maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers and virtualization.
- Designing, development and operation of security measures for the network and the applications of various services.
- Management of suppliers and subcontractors providing products and services related to systems and their security.
- Providing documentation of engineering, operations and change management procedures for the systems and the security framework.
- Specification and monitoring of systems performance and quality indicators.
- Preparation of reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- University Degree or relevant in Engineering / Technology / Informatics direction.
- At least 3 years of experience in security technologies and equipment such as firewall, IDS, authentication systems etc. and in the management of computer systems – servers.
- Experience in resource management in public cloud environment (MS Azure or/and AWS).
- Excellent knowledge and experience in the management of various systems – physical, cloud, virtual – and especially in technologies and operating systems like Windows server, VMWare, Linux, Microsoft 365, Veeam backup solutions.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in the specification and implementation of security measures and procedures for the systems and the applications they support.
- Knowledge in the development and the operation of supervision tools, monitoring tools and reporting tools.
- Knowledge and understanding of networking requirements and operations of systems and applications (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP etc.).
- Experience in managing technology projects.
- Fluency in English.
