About the Role:
The role exists to carry out analysis on Stability samples as required., whilst also checking results to ensure they are in specification and trend compared to previous time points/batches. other duties also include:
- Highlight Out of specification/Trend results to management and assist in investigations on Stability samples, with a view to resolving issues and finding root cause in a timely manner.
- Prepare samples and associated paperwork for external testing and internal microbiological testing.
- Schedule the removal of Stability samples from stores, to maximise testing efficiency and reduce the sample wait time between removal from store and testing - in line with the +/- 14 day limit.
- Assist in the weekly monitoring of the storage stability rooms.
- Prepare and place samples on store and complete associated paperwork.
- To access the QC and Dev safe as defined in DI/QC/4.
- Proactively support the 6S/Lean labs program
- To carry out any other work as may be reasonably requested.
- To carry out the work required in an efficient, effective and safe manner towards the performance targets of the team.
