Job Descriptions: 1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. 2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and networking problems. 4. Provide client support and technical issue resolution. 5. Configure software to connect to Internet application servers. 6. Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications. 7. Follow up with customers to ensure problem is completely resolved. 8. Provide product and system wide knowledge. 9. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Job Requirements: 1. Minimum requirement Certificate or Diploma holder, preferably IT or related field. 2. Possess own transport and willing to travel. 3. Preferably minimum 2 years of working experiences in related field. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Schedule: • Monday to Saturday
