We are looking for a Captain based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!
As a Captain, we rely on you to:
Monitor and ensure smooth operation of the All Day Dining Restaurant
Ensure that service / items are prepared according to Club standards
Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned
Check cleanliness of the sections prior to and after service
Obtain customer feedback during operation to ensure guest satisfaction
We are looking for someone who has:
Excellent command of spoken English and Chinese
3 years relevant working experience
Excellent guest interaction skills
Guest oriented and a good team player
