The objective of the role:
the draftsman will be working alongside the interior designers and will play an active part in preparing the detailed drawing package and documentation for submission to clients and to other consultants.
- Develops detailed documentation drawing from concept, and schematic, to the detailed design stage.
- meets project deliverables and deadlines.
- assist in revising contractors shop drawings in accordance with project requirements and specs.
-coordinates with designers and concepts and clients' briefs.
- meets with consultants (MEP, Lighting, kitchen suppliers, and others) alongside the designer handling the project to help finalize all related technical points for the project if required.
- coding and annotating drawings according to all specifications.
- complies with all relevant building regulations, codes, and practices.
- Supervises design details on sites and provides site snagging.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
