· Prepare driving lessons before starting the training as per RTA curriculum
· Document & report student’s progress as per RTA curriculum
· Review students’ documents & evaluate the student performance at the given stage during take over from another instructor
· Train the people of all ages from different cultural background with different personalities and with different levels of experience as per RTA requirements
· Be available at the given place & time to start the class
· Provide excellent customer service to the students
· Report all accident to the Department Head
· Check & maintain vehicle as per RTA requirements & Bin Yaber HSE requirements
· Train the student as per the training curriculum and rules & regulation of traffic law
· Check for student delay during class & mark the attendance as per RTA rules
· Maintain the given IT assets in proper order
· Maintain dress code & personal hygiene
· Maintain punctuality & attendance at all times
· Inspire & create enthusiasm in students
· Attracting new Customers / Students
· Generating recommendations from existing customers / students
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the immediate superior
