Namahn is a small, international team seeking a positive impact on living systems. We seek a full-time Executive Assistant to perform various administrative and organisational tasks for our company's Services and Sales teams.
Are you happy to work in a support role? At Namahn, no two days will be the same. You'll assist a team of professionals, work in a dynamic, international environment and will get to know and understand the inner workings of an outstanding design agency.

You will:
- Provide administrative support primarily to the Services and Sales teams. Other teams, such as Communications, People or Production may also need your help.
- Assist in daily banking, reconciliation, billing and reporting
- Assist in basics of HR administration
- Participate in and coordinate the production of responses to public tenders
- Assist in managing the financials of ongoing projects
- Maintain client records
- Manage deliveries of goods and visitors on site
- Handle incoming calls
- Prepare outgoing correspondence, contracts, and reports
- Place and process orders and manage the future webshop
- Ensure electronic filing & archiving
- Keep inventories up to date
Description du profil
These are the competencies and the mindset we are looking for:
- You have outstanding organisational and time-management skills; you know to set priorities.
- You are detail-oriented and can handle sensitive information with discretion.
- You understand and can express yourself fluently in Dutch. You at least understand and speak some French. English is our working language.
- You are skilled in Microsoft O365 and eager to learn how to use team management software.
- You can work independently but also function well in a team.
- You are keen to learn new skills.
