生產部領班 [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to maintain production capacity while ensuring food quality and safety consistently
  • Review and enhance the production processes; process improvement projects to enhance productivity and operation
  • Coordinate and draft production plan with PMC department
  • Provide production data and prepare relevant reports
  • Supervise and guide the new-join staff to use the production machines
  • Coordinate with engineering department to arrange preventive maintenance for production machines
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Secondary or tertiary educated
  • Solid Chinese fast food culinary experience with at least 2 years of chef-related experience in sizable organization
  • 3 years or above of relevant experience, preferably in food manufacturing field
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer
  • Basic Knowledge of ISO22000, GMP and HACCP
  • Good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and analytical skills

*Working Location: Tai Po Industrial Estate*Free duty meals

  • 管理及維持生產線之日常運作,以確保良好食品品質及安全
  • 檢視及改善現有生產流程;規劃及推行相關優化計劃以提升整體生產力
  • 與生產策劃部門協調及規劃生產計劃
  • 提供生產數據及撰寫有關生產之報告
  • 指導及培訓新員工安全地使用生產機器
  • 協調工程部人員為生產機器安排預防性保養
  • 處理上司指派的其他工作

職位要求:

  • 中學或大專程度
  • 具中式快餐相關經驗;並於大型餐飲機構曾擔任2年或以上廚務相關工作
  • 3年或以上生產管理相關之經驗, 與食品生產相關經驗更佳
  • 有基本電腦操作知識, 懂中文打字, 熟悉Microsoft Office之應用 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 對ISO22000, GMP and HACCP 有基本知識, 具相關經驗更佳
  • 良好人事管理、領導才能及分析能力
