Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to maintain production capacity while ensuring food quality and safety consistently
- Review and enhance the production processes; process improvement projects to enhance productivity and operation
- Coordinate and draft production plan with PMC department
- Provide production data and prepare relevant reports
- Supervise and guide the new-join staff to use the production machines
- Coordinate with engineering department to arrange preventive maintenance for production machines
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Secondary or tertiary educated
- Solid Chinese fast food culinary experience with at least 2 years of chef-related experience in sizable organization
- 3 years or above of relevant experience, preferably in food manufacturing field
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer
- Basic Knowledge of ISO22000, GMP and HACCP
- Good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and analytical skills

職位要求:
- 中學或大專程度
- 具中式快餐相關經驗;並於大型餐飲機構曾擔任2年或以上廚務相關工作
- 3年或以上生產管理相關之經驗, 與食品生產相關經驗更佳
- 有基本電腦操作知識, 懂中文打字, 熟悉Microsoft Office之應用 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 對ISO22000, GMP and HACCP 有基本知識, 具相關經驗更佳
- 良好人事管理、領導才能及分析能力
