Responsibilities
- Assist to manage reservations and table arrangement
- Act as Restaurant Ambassador by greeting and seating guests in a warm and professional manner
- Handle guests' enquiries by phone or email following hotel's standards and procedures
- Achieve high level of customer satisfaction by engaging with guests proactively, being attentive to their needs and response timely throughout the dining experience
- Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- With relevant working experience in bar operations. Hotel experience is preferred
- A team player who is pleasant, confident, customer-focused with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
