A small beer manufacturer in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Operations Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance and etc)
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
- Execute marketing strategies for the company
- Deal with the government when needed
- Conduct meetings and manage relationships with partners or vendors
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Proven 3+ years of work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in Marketing or F&B industry
- Superb leadership, communication and collaboration abilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to drink alcohol
- Hands-on and strong personality
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to work for an alcohol company
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp15,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month
