We are looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our team at PAK’nSAVE Royal Oak
We are looking for a Payroll Assistant who will be responsible for payroll processing and authorisation as required as per store policy as well as PAYE reconciliation and payment. We seek high calibre applications with relevant experience.
The Role;

Accurate processing of wages (editing adjustments on a daily basis) and addressing employee pay related enquiries.

- Maintaining Integrity of related systems. The store currently used PayGlobal.
- Liaise and maintain effective relationships with all appropriate Foodstuffs employees (e.g. Retail Business Support) and external third parties (e.g. banks, IRD etc.) as required.
- Ensure PAYE is reconciled appropriately.
- Ensure Staff are paid accurately so that they can focus on making our customer experience great.

- An ability to listen, advise and come up with operationally savvy, customer driven solutions.
- Logical operational thinking, reasoning and problem solving.
- Experience with PayGlobal is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
- The ability to maintain confidential information.
Hours: 7am-4:30pm Sunday to Thursday
