Descripción

  • Support the P&O Business Partner in the operational conversion of the P&O strategic goals.
  • Provide support and specific advice in the implementation of various P&O processes (i.e: performance management, recruitment & selection, induction for new hires, talent management, succession planning)
  • Support and execute tactical workforce planning in alignment with the client's Business plan.
  • Support the implementation of rewards and incentives to achieve the Unit's goals.
  • Support the P&O BP with relevant and accurate reports on compensation and specified P&O Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient daily P&O principles, practices and policies, and be the department expert on all administrative practices and policies.
  • Support P&O BP in analyzing skill gaps and development opportunities within client group.
  • Support personnel cost budgeting process and control.
  • Contribute to P&O projects at country or BU level.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, communication, economics, psychology...
  • Advanced English level B2/C1 (MUST)
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience (internship included)
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
  • Communication skills
