Descripción
- Support the P&O Business Partner in the operational conversion of the P&O strategic goals.
- Provide support and specific advice in the implementation of various P&O processes (i.e: performance management, recruitment & selection, induction for new hires, talent management, succession planning)
- Support and execute tactical workforce planning in alignment with the client's Business plan.
- Support the implementation of rewards and incentives to achieve the Unit's goals.
- Support the P&O BP with relevant and accurate reports on compensation and specified P&O Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data.
- Maintain accurate and efficient daily P&O principles, practices and policies, and be the department expert on all administrative practices and policies.
- Support P&O BP in analyzing skill gaps and development opportunities within client group.
- Support personnel cost budgeting process and control.
- Contribute to P&O projects at country or BU level.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, communication, economics, psychology...
- Advanced English level B2/C1 (MUST)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience (internship included)
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
- Communication skills
