Oral Finished Products (OFP) Production Support, is a newly established area within OFP Denmark, that consists of approximately 100 people, divided in two departments. Technical Support, responsible for facilities and utility and Warehouse, responsible for warehouse operations and support across OFP Denmark.The department has just been established, bringing together teams from different areas. Now, we are curious and eager to drive an improvement culture and set a clear direction for areas such as Circular for Zero, and InterLogistics 4.0.
The position
As Senior Manager you will head up OFP Warehouse, leading four associate managers, respectively leading teams between 10-18 people
In this role you can expect great autonomy in leading and balancing daily operations with long term initiatives. Leading in a growing organisation, requires clear guidance and direction, and sometimes in facing new challenges that will require all you proactiveness and willingness to explore unprecedent paths.
As a member of Production Support management team, you are expected to understand the business we are a part of and bring your strategic thoughts to the table. As a support unit, being a step ahead through closed and trustful relations is vital, as well as building and nurturing a development path for your team members.
As a newly established department, you have a unique opportunity to bring your thoughts, engage with team leaders and teams, and set the direction, to secure solid warehouse operations.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who knows how to inspire and energise their surroundings, set clear and ambitious goals, and generally lead with empathy.
- Preferably have a Bachelor’s degree, but we will be open for very experienced candidates without an academic degree
- Have experience leading leaders, or as a minimum a solid track record, leading teams
- Have a solid foundation in Warehouse Operations and Logistics Management within a manufacturing facility
- Have gained this experience within the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated ones
- Are fully proficient in both English and Danish
On a personal level, you give and receive feedback, and lead by example to foster a psychological safe environment. You are a strong communicator, result oriented, and able to create a continuous improvement culture, leveraging digital tools. Without healthy and strong relations, we do not have a business, which is why, this must be a core value for OFP Production support.
