Role Description
We are actively seeking a talented individual to join our Content Operations team as a Content Operations Agent. In this role, you will be a vital part of assuring our compliance with content standards and assisting our Artists in delivering high-quality content to our different music service partners.
As a person, you are energetic and excited about everything music and tech-related. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of innovators passionate about delivering new initiatives in the digital space and constantly looking to optimize and streamline processes and workflows around them.

Responsibilities:
- Assist our artists with content-related queries.
- Oversee the quality of release information uploaded by our artists to ensure compliance with our guidelines and partner music stores.
- Process releases by artists from around the world, ensuring they are accurately and efficiently distributed.
Qualities and skills you possess:
- Prior experience with any support ticketing system.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of macOS systems.
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience within the music industry or with digital music releases.
- A passion for all things music and tech.
- Located in Stockholm.
- Spanish language proficiency.
