Project Description
Graphic designer responsibilities include the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. Person on this position shape the visual aspects of all sorts of web and print materials like websites, brochures, magazines, exhibitions, which is essential for successful marketing communication.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts
- Work with copywriters, editors and head of creative to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Other responsibilities related with employees specialization & competencies delegated by Manager
Skills
Must have
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design
- Experience in IT sector (nice to have)
- BA's degree or equivalent
- Communicative English
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Ability to follow strict branding rules
- Understanding of marketing, communication strategies, digital marketing and UX design
- Strong knowledge of graphic fundamentals, typography and layout creation
- Understanding of creative process
- Expertise at design software and technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite
