- Lead a team of 70 people to provide strong and sustainable organizational leadership and implement new strategies and policies in collaboration with executive partners to achieve long-term objectives.
- Supervising various projects like Financial Aid Projects, Plantation Drives, Skills Development Projects, Fundraising Flood Relief Funds, Debate Competition and Online Sessions on different topics
